2. There are several statements made to make out a case that, respondent nos. 8 and 9 are interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner, in respect of the disputed plot, described in paragraph-4 of the writ application.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has purchased the disputed land from respondent no. 8 and now respondent nos. 8 and 9 are trying to dispossess him from the said land. Despite applications given to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas and the District Magistrate, Rohtas, no action has been taken, the petitioner asserts.

4. Considering the nature of averments made in the writ application, it is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas, to look into the grievance of the petitioner, which he has raised in his representation made to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dehri, Rohtas and dispose it of within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with his representation, which the petitioner shall be at liberty to make before the District-Magistrate.

6. This application stands disposed of.
