The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 266 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
