JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of salary for the period January, 2014 to till date except for the period from July, 2015 to October,2016. The petitioner claims that he has been regularly working but he has not been paid salary regularly. The respondents have made payment of salary for certain period but no regular salary has been paid.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer, Katihar to
Patna High Court CWJC No.16483 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 ensure payment of remuneration/salary to the petitioner after verification of the record at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
In the process of taking decision, the respondents shall take into consideration, if any amount is recoverable from the petitioner, and shall take step for adjustment of the same in the process of calculation of arrears and payment thereof. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
