JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners and one Badal Gwala were apprehended by the informant and others and two motorcycles were seized. Coaccused Badal Gwala has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 560 of 2016. Investigation against the petitioners has already been completed.

Considering the facts aforesaid as well as submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
