Petitioner is said to have given garasa blow on the head of the informant who is said to have sustained grievous injury on his head. Petitioner is full brother of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 8.9.2014.

Moreover, it appears that alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Investigation of this case has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Rajak, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran/concerned court in Paharpur P.S. Case no. 96/2014.
