The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No.98 of 2014 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that the informant/opposite party no.2 was subjected to assault and torture by the petitioner, who is her husband.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant/opposite party no.2 and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Balendra Shukla, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Kargahar P.S.
