====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Heard both the parties.
The petitioner by way of this petition prays for convening the counselling of the petitioner for Secondary School Teacher Employee Year 2016 afresh as the counselling which was done on 11.09.2017 was not informed to the petitioner. The counselling conducted on 11.09.2017 is found to have been conducted and other persons participated in the selection. Merely because the petitioner states that he did not receive any information would not be sufficient to accept his contention. More so, as the same process for informing all the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17429 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2022 2/2 candidates was adopted and factually there have been other candidates who appeared in the counselling.
In view thereto, no case for directing fresh counselling can be made merely at the askance of the petitioner. The further contention of the petitioner that the post of Secondary School Teacher for English remained unfilled even in the counselling held on 11.09.2017, it is for the respondents to take a decision whether they want to fill the post and if so they may conduct fresh counselling for the purpose. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) shaswat/ Item no. 12 U
