The present writ petitioner has been filed for direction for the respondent authority to cancel the selection of the Respondent No. 9 on the post of Anganbari Sevika, Panchayt-Sakhawa, Ward No. 3, P.S.- Vithan, District Samastipur and select the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika, Panchayt-Sakhawa, Ward No. 3, P.S. Vithan,

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

4. In response thereof, counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed representation before the C.D.P.O, but C.D.P.O had not passed any speaking order and sat over the matter.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
