JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To provide the benefits old pension scheme in place of new pension plan (contributory pension plan) since candidates appointed from the same merit list has been given the benefits of old pension scheme.

(ii). To accept the joining of the petitioner with effect from 10th June 2004 since candidates below in the merit list than the petitioner has been appointed on 10th June 2004 and to fix the seniority as per the merit list of Bihar Public Service Commission as well as to grant all

(iii). And for further commanding the respondents to give similar treatment to the petitioner which was given to the persons of C.W.J.C. No. 20654 of 2010 (Raj Narain & Ors. State of Bihar & Another) in the light of provisions made under Bihar State litigation policy."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the Director-in-Chief, Disease Control Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
