2. This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by learned Additional District Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST), Aurangabad in connection with ABP No. 2214/2023 arising out of Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 472 of 2023, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 307, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. As per F.I.R., this appellant along with other accused persons abused the informant and others by caste name

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.284 of 2024(3) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 and assaulted him and other police officials by pelting stones due to which some of the police constables sustained injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, I do not find any ground to interfere with the order of the learned court below and as such, the appeal, which has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail, is hereby rejected.
