Petitioner was post master at the time of alleged occurrence and according to the prosecution case itself, it was Mukhiya who got thumb impression and got opened account in the post office, Sijhauri from where amount is said to have been withdrawn. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned court in Sikandra P.S. Case no. 130/2014.
