The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2014 for the offence registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (x) (xi) of the SC/ST Act.

Case diary of the present case has been received in pursuance of the order dated 22.04.2015.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, in which, as pointed out by learned counsel for the State, the prosecutrix has withdrawn her earlier statement made in the first information report and also because there is no medical evidence to support the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
