The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case after recovery of the dead body of her daughter. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner in killing her daughter on account of previous enmity. Co-accused Bijendra Rai @ Bilendra Rai has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1931/2015. Considering the fact that except suspicion there appears to be no tangible evidence to show involvement of the petitioner in the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
