JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.32 of 2015 arising out of Piro P.S.Case No. 215 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 9th December, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 43868 of 2014 with the following observations :- "Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15379 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 It has been contended that the charges have already been framed on 26th March, 2015.

Regard being had to the observations made in the aforesaid order dated 9th December, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 43868 of 2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No.32 of 2015 arising out of Piro P.S.Case No. 215 of 2014.
