JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual proceedings. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a persons with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 45 litres of liquor from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a passerby and the real culprits-accused persons after seeing the police threw the liquor and fled away and the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted, is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj in connection with Vishambharpur P.S.
