JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, injured, Santosh Kumar Mandal disclosed the name of his assailants and he stated against petitioners only to the extent that they were also making fire at the time of alleged occurrence. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 22-11-2015 Accordingly, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bariyarpur P.S.
