JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 12-09-2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 30.09.2016, issued by the District Education Officer, Bhojpur (Arrah), whereby, he has been put under suspension on the allegation of misconduct.

2. It has been pointed out that a disciplinary proceeding has already been initiated against the petitioner, on 06.10.2016, after serving Memo of Charge on him.

3. The petitioner, at the relevant point of time, was posted as In-Charge Headmaster of Middle School, Dev, in Tarari Block of Bhojpur District.

4. The order of suspension needs no interference, since the disciplinary proceeding has already been initiated against the petitioner.

5. However, since the departmental enquiry was initiated way-back, on 06.10.2016, against the petitioner, I dispose of this writ application with a direction to the competent authority, i.e., District Programme Officer (Estab.) Bhojpur (Arrah), to ensure that the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner is concluded within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The Court also expects the petitioner to co-operate with the departmental enquiry.

7. The application stands disposed of.
