This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.09.2022 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 28908/ 2022 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner along with Chandan Singh were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 26.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28908/ 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to some unavoidable

In view of the aforesaid facts, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
