ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2014 in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 46/14.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that the husband has already been taken into custody and there is general and omnibus allegations against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant however, submits that victim lady was killed only one month after the marriage. Considering the abovementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law and has been in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12921 of 2015 (3) dt.28-05-2015 P2/2 since almost five months, let the petitioner Jagdeo Prajapat be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 46/14.
