Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Cas No.119 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 337, 341, 354, 380, 427, 429 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and as per FIR, submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there are case and counter between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1899 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitionerd, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No.119 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
