JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 448, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault to the informant and others causing injury to them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault, but no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna, in connection with Athmalgola P.S.
