The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 501 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2809 of 2022(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
