Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/307 /447/504/ 325 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

There are general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 114/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
