JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he persuaded the informant who happens to be a 12 years old girl to live her house but according to prosecution case, the petitioner had already gone to Mumbai and after that, the informant left her home and she was taken at different places by a woman. Moreover, the informant has already returned and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5264 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 amount each in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 333 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai.
