The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 29.11.2017 by which the writ Court directed the respondent no.6, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to the show cause on behalf of the opposite party nos. 5 and 6 in which Memo no. 139 dated 25.2.2022 duly signed by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani as also the District Education Officer, Madhubani is on record by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated.
4. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.
5. The petitioner always has the liberty to agitate the matter, if still has grievance.
