Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation, it reveals that since dead body was found near the house of Babita Devi. Babita Devi might have been involved in that. Babita and others disclosed name of several person, who were involved in the murder including the petitioner. Co-accused Sanjay Kumar Sunny @ Sanjay Kumar Soni has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Considering the fact that only material is

No.3805 of 2019(4) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihiya Police Station Case No.320 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
