2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 617 (C) of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the grandson of Late Kameshwar Singh withdrew Rs. 3,50,000/- from his account mischievously.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that though the money which was withdrawn from the Bank, was belonged to the grandfather of the petitioner but when the dispute arose, the entire money was deposited.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has withdrawn the money on the ground of misrepresentation.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the entire money in the same account, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 617 (C) of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
