The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S.Case No.358 of 2014 registered under sections 411 and 396 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that some miscreants entered the house of the informant and looted some valuable articles on the point of fire arms.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, the petitioner has got as many as 7 criminal cases against him and that the co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide Cr.Misc.No.47235 of 2014 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner has got as many as 7 criminal cases against him and that the co-accused, who has been granted bail, is said to have clean antecedent and hence, the case of the petitioner is not on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, I

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16113 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 2/2 am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
