The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.105 of 2017, arising out of Pandaul P.S. Case No.212 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302, 354, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.19555 of 2017, taking into consideration the nature of allegation as made against him to cause injury at the head of the deceased through axe. Therefore, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail and, accordingly, his prayer for grant
