Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dagarooa C.I. Case No. 168 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a)/56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 178.20 litres of foreign liquor from a Scorpio vehicle.

Learned APP opposes the bail application.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Purnea in connection with Dagarooa C.I. Case No. 168 of 2021.
