JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner misused the privilege of bail for more than 12 years, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Goriakothi P.S.Case No. 29 of 2002, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Siwan stands rejected.
However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within six months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
