The renewal prayer has been made in the light of the observations of this Court contained in order dated 04.02.2015. While dismissing the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner, the Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

The attention of the Court has been drawn to order contained in Annexure-6 which indicates that the charges were framed on 23.03.2015 under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code in Sessions Trial No.134 of 2015.

Regard being had to the above facts and observations of the Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
