No. 15218 of 2024 was disposed of on 07.10.2024 directing the Director in Chief Health Services, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 3) to dispose of the statutory appeal

Patna High Court MJC No.126 of 2025(4) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 filed by the petitioner on 04.07.2017 within 60 days from the date of this order, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner or his learned counsel of being heard.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed in the statutory appeal was not a reasoned and speaking order and secondly, it was not passed within the period fixed by this Court. Therefore, the order passed in the statutory appeal can be reviewed in the instant contempt application.

3. I am not in a position to accept such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner when the statutory appeal is disposed of, fresh cause of action arises if the petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed in the statutory appeal in the instant contempt petition. This Court has nothing to do on the order passed in the statutory appeal.

4. The contempt application be treated as disposed on on full satisfaction.
