Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Singheshwar PS Case No. 224 / 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302 / 34 of the IPC.

Petitioners along with other family members allegedly assaulted the father of the informant by means of fist, slaps and legs and the co-accused persons assaulted on the chest and other parts of the body due to which the informant's father died. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that all the petitioners are ladies and the petitioner no. 1 is aged about 70 years old. All the family members of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2759 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 have been implicated in this case and allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature As per the the post mortem report no external injuries have been found on the body of the deceased and the doctor has reserved his opinion regarding cause of death. Petitioners are in custody since 22-092021. Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation against petitioners , the fact that no external injuries have been found on the person of the deceased, petitioners are ladies and they are in custody since 22/09/2021 and charge sheet has already been submitted, as such, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar PS Case No. 224 / 2021.
