JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AC to Principal Addl. Advocate General no.2. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the District Magistrate-cum- Appellate Authority, which is revisable. That being so, the petitioner should have availed the same instead of coming to this Court.
Accordingly, the petitioner is well advised to approach the appropriate forum, so established in accordance with law. However, if there happens to be a petition at the end of the petitioner before the revisional court within four weeks, then in that circumstance, the question of limitation will not arise. It is further made clear that the revisional authority will endeavour to dispose it of as early as possible preferably within six months
