2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4, 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner forcibly committed rape upon the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as statement made in para 3 of the bail application.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has forcibly committed rape upon the complainant/victim. In the statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS, the victim girl has supported the case.
7. Considering the seriousness of allegation and also given the fact that investigation is still pending, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) sanjeev/- U T
