The petitioners are in custody since 05.02.2015 in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2007, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364/34 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners has been included in this case on the basis of suspicion and there is no cogent material in the case diary so as to connect the petitioners in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated two co-accused persons, namely, Phoolpari Devi and Samta Devi have been extended the privilege of regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12009 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14195 of 2015 (4) dt.28-05-2015 2 / 2 2015 vide order dated 09.04.2015.
Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahnar P.S.
