1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) To consider the case of the petitioner for his appointment/engagement to the post of Secretary of JalChhajan Committee under Itarhi Block in the district of Buxar under Prime Minister Agriculture Irrigation Scheme on the monthly consolidated amount of Rs. 5,000/-.
(II) Also to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner against the post of Secretary JalChhajan Committee, Vikram English under
Patna High Court CWJC No.721 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 Itarhi Block in the district of Buxar under Prime Minister Agriculture Irrigation Scheme."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
