2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17220 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2023. Though the petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases, in all those cases he has been granted bail.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that on an earlier occasion, a report with regard to the present stage of

5. From perusal of the report received from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, it appears that only the I.Os. and the doctor are left to be examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within six months. From the F.I.R., it further transpires that there is a direct allegation against the petitioner of having made a gunshot.

6. As such, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 327 of 2024 arising out of Nanpur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2023, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, is hereby rejected.

7. However, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, to do the needful so that the I.Os. and the doctor of the present case are produced for adducing their evidence before the trial court within a period of three months from the date of communication/receipt of a copy of this order.

8. The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police/Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi, through e-mail/WhatsApp/fax or any other suitable mode of communication forthwith.

9. The Registry is further directed to hand over a copy
