The petitioner apprehends his arrest in K. Hat P.S. Case No. 843 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 and 10 of Bihar Examination Act. It is alleged that Bipin Paswan was appearing at the examination in place of Abhishek Anand the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no manner of concern with Bipin Paswan. It appears that admit card and identity card of Abhishek Anand were found with Bipin Paswan, which itself shows that the Bipin Paswan was appearing at behest of petitioner in the examination for appointment of constable.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14099 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
