1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special P.P. for the Vigilance Sri Arvind Kumar.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Laukahi (Narhaiya OP) P.S. Case No. 274/2023 dated 18.10.2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case based on the allegation that she sought appointment as teacher based on forged and fabricated certificates. It is next submitted that the F.I.R. came to be instituted based on an inquiry carried behind her back. It is further submitted that had an opportunity been

4. Learned Special A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi (Narhaiya OP) P.S. Case No.274/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
