The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 20(B) (ii), (C)/ 21 (C) 22/23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Two woman and petitioner were intercepted by SSB and on search 10.800 kg. of Charas was recovered from the possession of Khusbu Tara Khatoon and Rukhsana Khatoon. Nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioner, Serajul Ansari, but he disclosed that the Charas was brought from Sanjay Sah.

It is submitted that Khusbu Tara Khatoon has already been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18171/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Rail Raxaul P.S. Case No. 4/2014 (NDPS case No. 33/14).
