The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The complainant wife made allegation that the petitioner assaulted her and drove her out from the house. It is submitted that the wife left the house of the petitioner after leaving her newly born child. The petitioner is in jail since 07.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.
Considering the facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
