The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 511, 414, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the disclosure made by co-accused apprehended on the spot, petitioner has been made accused in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
