JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 307/34, 302 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The is alleged that for grazing agricultural field of the informant by the cow of Karan Yadav protest was made by the informant when this petitioner caught hold of the informant and ordered to kill then Karan Yadav caused fire arm injury on the navel of the informant who succummed to the injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of firing is against Karan Yadav and postmortem reflects one injury. It is further submitted that though petitioner is accused in three other cases but in all those cases the petitioner has been acquitted. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Case No. 142 of 2014, G.R. No. 1661 of 2014.
