JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 27.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased nor the natal people of the deceased makes any complaint against the petitioner.

No doubt, the deceased died in mysterious circumstances but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
