The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.257 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to be fired in the air as also no injury has been attributed against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.09.2019. Considering the nature of allegation as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3345 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.257 of 2019.
