2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 30 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle which belongs to petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and she has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
