In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made against the petitioner that he along with his wife has caused injury to the father of the informant on the head. There is a direct allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the order passed in favour of his wife namely Pramila Devi, can not compete with his wife. In the injury report, it suggests that the victim was assaulted from the sharp cutting

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody.
