According to the prosecution case itself, one bundle of paper was recovered and on the top of the aforesaid bundle note of Rs 500/- and beneath of the aforesaid bundle, another note of Rs 500/- has been kept and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur P.S. Case no. 300/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
